ArenaBook is an online pitch booking platform operated by Ambassadors Football Ireland ("we", "us", "our"). By using our platform you agree to these terms.
When you make a booking through ArenaBook, you enter into a contract directly with the venue. We act as an agent facilitating the booking and payment only.
Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By paying, you authorise the charge to your payment method for the full booking amount.
You may cancel a future booking at any time before the session start time via the "My Bookings" page. If you have paid, a full refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to venue closures, emergencies, or maintenance. A full refund will be provided in such cases.
No refunds are available for bookings cancelled after the session start time.
When using a venue, you must comply with all rules set by the venue operator. Ambassadors Football Ireland is not liable for incidents occurring at the venue.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArenaBook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or the venue.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
