Privacy Policy

When you make a booking we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Booking details (pitch, date, time)
• Payment confirmation (processed by Stripe — we never see your card details)

If you register as a team/club, we also collect your club name and contact details.

• To confirm and manage your bookings
• To send booking confirmation and reminder emails
• To process refunds if you cancel
• To allow venue administrators to manage their schedule

We share your booking details with the venue you book with, so they can manage your session. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We use the following third-party processors:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Supabase/PostgreSQL — database hosting
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure

We retain booking data for up to 3 years for accounting and dispute resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your data by emailing us.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)
• Object to processing

We use a minimal session cookie for authenticated users (venue admins). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
